I had 8 years to focus on my future goals I want to achieve in my career as part of health care system. I originally graduate Nursing in 2017 and decided I wanted to join the military service and continue as a nurse at the Big Navy Mercy Ship. As I enter the military my priorities have change and my goals where different. As every military member evolve thru the time of service the had experience in the military. I survive two tours in Afghanistan and witness life and hardship of not being able to afford health care service for great population of that country. Following that tour I had a pleasure working with Georgian Army in the country of Tbilisi Georgia another country with health care service issues specially after the Russian use their country as hide outs for their ammunitions and military soldiers. I was assigned to this rural town to help establish their military force in abandoned base that almost look like a run-down area use by the Russians during war. Thru this experience I thought I wanted to be a nurse and be able to help provide services to them but as I start learning more and more what greatly affects the health care system I am having a hard choice of selecting between Medical social worker or a Health care administrator. Both have vital role in the health care system and I believe both would be effective in my goals in achieve an effective employment for me to be able to attain my achievement in being able to assist and provide a better and effective quality of care. Mainly thru my experience I have dealt with complex scenarios in problem solving and push my creative mind to be able to execute a great plan in resolving issues. This trait I will forever be grateful as part of my learning experience with the military environment.
