The rural areas have facing more problems for livelihood as compared to urban area. The government has recognized the issue and implements the various schemes for enhancing livelihood of rural areas. The smart village is a one scheme for develop some quality of life, poverty alleviation, better livelihood opportunities, provision of basic amenities, infrastructure facilities and communication facilities etc. hence, the researcher study the idea of smart villages based on Wi-Fi technology.

Keywords: Smart villages, Wi-Fi technology, Government Policy
Introduction:
The concept of ‘Smart Villages’ and ‘Smart City’ is a significant initiative that seeks to improve the quality of life. The Smart Village concept will be based on the local conditions, infrastructure, available resources in rural area and local demand. The smart city initiatives have good potential for Smart villages. The smart city model fully cannot be implemented for the villages. But, there are certain ideas in smart cities that can be directly implemented in villages. For example, communication facility was available in cities in a same way supply the communication facility to the villages. The smart city peoples are highly educated but villages are not highly educated but still this facility provides us to villages, then peoples are more aware to that facility. If villages developed then state and nation also developed, hence, we need of develop the area of villages with innovative technology. The innovative technologies have available in India out of which one technology is Wi-Fi technology. The Smart city is highly used this technology but as compare to villages it is not highly used. The villages used this technology automatically develop the village area.
Wi-Fi technology is known as wireless technology. Wireless technology has become more popular in business as well as personal lives. The Wi-Fi technology or networks can be accessed with laptops, mobile phones, cameras and number of other electronic devices. The Wi-Fi technology has many advantages like low installation cost, increased production, and more flexibility. This Wi-Fi technology is used in area of villages it’s more beneficial for the every sector of the people like farmers are plantation of the seeds that time his take the information about seeds, its price, government subsidy and policy, weather information, seeds medicines etc. The researcher view need of smart villages on based of Wi-Fi technology.

Objectives:
1. To connect any Place.

2. To gather up anything or information.

3. To communicate any Network.

4. To Collect any Data.

5. To charge low cost.

6. To process any information.

7. To serve any object.

Advantages:
1. This technology increases the life style of village people.

2. The Smart village and Wi-Fi technology significant contribution of economic benefits.

3. This technology generates low cost and high productivity.

4. The smart village through Wi-Fi technology generates lot of data for productivity.

5. Wi-Fi technology uses the students, farmers, businessmen, doctors, workers and direct
and indirect use of different profession of people.

Government Program for Smart village:
The Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched Sansad Gram Yojana (SAGY or SAANJHI) on 11th october2014 on the occasion of Gandhi’s birthday, in addition to Smart cities and Digital India as a development programme for India. The prime minister motivated by Mahatma Gandhis vision of Adarsh Gram (ideal village) and Swaraj (Self Relience). The Smart village concept adopted and implemented by national, state and local government of India. The Parliamentarian’s Model Village Scheme main goal is for each Member of Parliament and Minister to adopt a rural village and develop it into a model by 2019 under the SAGY guidelines. The vision of SAGY is an integrated village development plan, encompassing Personal, Human, Social, and Economic dimensions.

Focus on Wi-Fi Utility:
1. Agriculture:
The agriculture is main occupation of the village citizens. The effects of Wi-Fi system are tremendous on village citizen lives. Using Wi-Fi system farmers are gather information’s like, whether information, agricultural inputs, sowing and harvesting methods etc. The farmers also connect to farming market, bank, finance institution, farm technology institution and so on.
2. Education:
The Wi-Fi system much more benefit for e-Education. Because students are cannot get access to instant information, but learn much better education. The education institutions also connect via Wi-Fi system to another education institution and students. Using Wi-Fi system teacher can prepare better lesson plans. The books, examination papers, study material and other information through access Wi-Fi system.

3. Health:
Through Wi-Fi system villagers are save the lives. Because, villages face health difficulty he call us doctors or take appointment of doctors or reach the hospital. The present GPS technology we find the nearest hospitals and help centers, and doctors. This GPS system used the Wi-Fi system. Doctors via Wi-Fi system find the health position of different territories.
4. Governance:
The villagers connect the government facility. The villagers filling and obtaining Aadhar cards, Registering Vehicles, online banking transactions, Paying taxes, paying different expenses like light bill, water bill, mobile recharge etc using the Wi-Fi system. This system may reduce the corruption in different sectors. The government and villagers are more helpful this system.

Conclusion:
A Wi-Fi system is less than expenditure produces the higher productivity. It means installation of Wi-Fi system is no more charges but user it is used various purposes like online banking transactions, paying different regular expenditure, tax payment etc. For this system user was save the time and money. Hence Wi-Fi system today it is part of user life. Everything solution is available in this system.

Village level Wi-Fi system implemented just like in urban territory. Urban area was highly developed in same way rural area also developed by using the Wi-Fi system. Villages highly developed in a continuous way then highly progress in connected entity. Villages are highly contributed in Indian Economy. If villages developed then state, district and finally nation developed. The view of researcher using Wi-Fi system in villages then there innovation come to near citizens and generate quality of life. The present Wi-Fi systems are helpful for development of Smart Villages. The government also visualize digital India top to bottom level in India.
